Emilio Prini was one of the leading figures of Arte Povera. With a constant dose of irony, since 1967, he has used photography, light, sound, and written texts to explore the nature of artistic experience and perception. His interventions and works, guided by a sort of anti-manifesto, are located in those intermediate, suspended spaces through which it is possible to grasp the relationships between reality and reproduction.
